The B.A.B.E breakfast (Bread, Avo, Bacon and Eggs)

@Beyanicee Almond Bread Bacon & Toast Breakfast

What's more tempting that a hearty and sumptuous way to start the day? Try out this simple yet filling everyday staple meal by @beyanicee!

Prep time: 10 - 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of Bakening Almond Bread or baked from Bakening Bread Mix
  • Few strips of bacon (I recommend Ryan Grocery's or Oscar Mayer's low sodium bacon)
  • Half an Avocado
  • 2 Eggs
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Salt, pepper and italian seasoning
  • Half stalk of green onion (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Fry 5-6 strips of bacon of your choice
  2. While waiting for your bacon to be cooked, cut half an avocado and slice it horizontally into bite-size pieces
  3. Crack and beat 2 eggs and season with salt, pepper, italian seasoning and grated parmesan cheese (sliced green onion optional)
  4. When the bacon is done, take it out of the pan and drain excess oil and use it to fry the eggs
  5. Cut 2 slices of any Bakening breads and toast it for 2 minutes
  6. Plate the bread, eggs, avocados and bacon together and you're good to go!
Tips:
I usually put the avocados and eggs on top of the toast and accompany it with the bacon in one bite. It's a symphony of flavours all out at once in your mouth!
