Keto Vegetarian Pizza

Keto vegetarian pizza with Bakening bread mix

PIZZA!!! When was the last time you had pizza while on keto? Put together by the ever-lovely belly dance teacher @angelinataydance. Don't scrimp on nutrition when enjoying your favourite junk food! ;)

Prep time: 40 minutes if cooking sauce from scratch

Ingredients:

  • Bakening Keto Bread Mix - 1/2 pack
  • Eggs - 2
  • Tomato paste
  • Olive Oil
  • Basil leaves - chopped + extra for decoration
  • Mozarella cheese
  • Salt, pepper and herbs seasoning

Instructions:

  1. Cook tomato paste, olive oil and chopped basil leaves over low heat.
  2. Make Bakening Keto Bread Mix for 1/2 pack and spread over baking tray.
  3. Spread cooked sauce, cheese and crack 2 eggs on top of the bread dough.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes at 180C and enjoy!
