Never thought that a cake could be Nut-free, Paleo AND Vegan at the same time? Here's one for you! ;)
This banana muffin is not only gluten and dairy-free but egg-free as well. It's packed full of wholesome seeds with no added sugar. And yes, it's denser than most cakes (not the gummy/sticky type, though), which makes it so much more filling too.
Don't be alarmed if you noticed your muffins are a little greenish after biting into them—it's perfectly safe! ;) Sunflower seeds contain chlorogenic acid, which reacts with baking soda and turns green when cooled.
Our production facility is entirely free from grains, gluten, dairy, and legumes (soy, peanut). Pls be aware that we also process these ingredients on the same equipment: Egg, Coconut, and tree nuts (Almond, Cashew, Hazelnut, Walnut).
