Pineapple Tarts (V)

Chinese New Year just ain't complete without pineapple tarts, don't you think? ;)

These vegan & paleo tarts are made without any flour, butter, sugar, or eggs. Our jam is also made from scratch with fresh pineapples, carefully cooked over long hours in small batches to ensure that it dries without burning. The tart cookie is crumbly with a shortbread texture.

Handmade with such simple ingredients, you can indulge in health this year! :D

Each beautiful box comes with either 6 or 8 individually wrapped tart variants

*Please note that we are using different colored packaging from the photos this year. The jam of the pineapple tart uses the exact same ingredients combination as the picture, but is cooked longer (to hold shape) and therefore looks darker.
