Sugar: I use organic coconut sugar in this cake. If you need something sugar-free, I'll use organic erythritol (from non-GM corn). However, please note that there are pros and cons to using erythritol and you probably shouldn't eat it regularly. Nonetheless, if you need options, you've got options. ;)
