There is chocolate (commercial ones which in reality contain very little cocoa) and there is Bakening Chocolate. We use 100% cocoa paste in our chocolate products, with no additional additives.

Antioxidants in chocolate is acknowledged to have many health benefits such as lowering blood pressure.
