Paleo AND Vegan bread: egg-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, and yeast-free.

To be honest, I hesitate to call this bread... it is tasty in its own way but it's just nothing like the fluffy bread I grew up on. :P

Made by soaking organic quinoa seeds overnight, causing them to sprout, this bread takes an hour (and a lot of love) to bake.

Admittedly, the Paleo community is divided when it comes to quinoa. While it's definitely not a grain, it may still cause digestive issues in some people. Some people think that soaking helps, but others say to avoid it altogether.

As usual, the choice is always yours! ;)

Simple & Clean Ingredients
Organic Sprouted Quinoa, Flaxseeds, Olive Oil, Apple Cider Vinegar, Pink Himalayan Salt, Baking Soda.
Storage
Chill below 5°C for 1 week, or Freeze for 3 months (freeze on first day of receiving it).

Wrap tightly or keep in air tight container to prevent it from drying out.
Notes
This bread comes as a whole loaf, unsliced. We will not provide slicing services as this causes the bread to dry out.

Best served when toasted. Use lower heat settings as this bread will burn easier than white bread.
Our production facility is entirely free from grains, gluten, dairy, and legumes. Pls be aware that we also process these on the same equipment: Eggs, Coconut, and tree nuts (Almond, Cashew, Hazelnut, Walnut).
