Do you have a shop? Can I self-collect/visit you?
We don't have a physical retail store or any pickup points available. Our baking facility is also not open to visitors. Go ahead and visit our stockists if you wish to grab and go. ;)
Can I collect my orders from your stockists?
Collection of online purchases from our stockists is not possible. Kindly purchase or preorder directly from them. Please understand that they have rent and salaries to pay so it isn't fair to expect them to provide collection services for free. 😅

Do you ship internationally?
Cookies and cereals can be shipped internationally. We apologise that we're unable to ship all other items as they require temperature control. Shipping fees will be calculated automatically at checkout.
Orders above $150 get free shipping!*
*limited to shipping options within $30
Can you split my order and deliver them on 2 different days or 2 different locations?
Each order can only have 1 delivery date to 1 location. Please place 2 separate orders instead (1 order per date per location). This helps you to choose the correct shipping option (and makes things less confusing for us too ;)).
Where can I buy your products from? Can I place an order via text or email?
We don't have a physical retail store. You can shop directly in this website, or grab and go from any of our stockists in Singapore. Those who stock breads and muffins usually accept preorders too. :D
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Sorry! We strictly do NOT bake until full payment has been made. Orders not paid at least 3 days before delivery date may not be fulfilled.
How many days in advance do I need to place my order?
We need a minimum of 3 days' advance notice before your delivery date. You can place your order up to 2 months in advance.
Can I get a refund?
To cancel your order, kindly email us at email@example.com or text us at 8750 4421. Full refunds are only possible 5 days before your delivery date.
If cancellation is made within 5 days to your delivery date, up to 90% refund will be given if your order has not been made. If your order has been made, there will be NO refunds.
We will not refund missed deliveries. For redelivery, a $7 fee applies.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, returns are not accepted. If you'd like to raise any issues after receiving your order, please do not hesitate to reach out to us asap with photos of the problem. :)
Can you customise?
It is possible to customise cakes for their exterior decorations. Let us know what you want and we'll see if we can work it out. We typically charge an additional $20 - $40 for customised cakes.
For all other items (e.g. breads, cookies), we apologise that we're unable to do any customisations for them.
How many calories/ What's the macros of your products?
You can find the nutrition information of our products on the product pages. It's usually the 3rd or 4th product image.
Are your products suitable for Muslims?
Our kitchen only bakes vegetarian products without alcohol (not even vanilla extract). The only animal products we use are eggs and honey. However, we're not halal-certified so it depends on your comfort level. :)
Which items are keto-friendly/low carb?
Our keto-friendly/low carb items are mainly breads. We also have a sugar-free chocolate cake made with erythritol.
Are your products certified gluten-free or allergen-free?
We have our own baking facility and only make paleo, vegetarian, gluten- and dairy-free products. While all the ingredients we use are gluten- and dairy-free by nature, please note that we don't send our products for allergen tests and they're not certified. We take extra care to prevent cross-contamination but we can't give a 100% guarantee that our food is free from allergens.
Can we freeze your products?
All our breads, cakes, and muffins can be kept frozen for a month. :) To keep them at their best state, freeze them on the first day of getting the products. Prevent them from drying out by keeping them in air tight containers or wrapping tightly.
To consume, thaw overnight in the chiller. After thawing, keep them in the chiller and finish the products within 3 - 4 days.
It's best to freeze the breads in whole loaves (unsliced) to retain their moisture. However, if you're unable to consume the entire loaf after thawing, you can slice the bread up into portions that you can consume within 3 - 4 days and thaw one portion every few days. :)
Please do not refreeze thawed food as it may become unsafe for consumption.
So... what's Paleo?
Paleo simply means eating what our bodies have evolved to digest and get nutrients from. Read more on our About page.
Why do you use palm shortening? Isn't it bad for our health/environment?
If you didn't know, palm shortening isn't made the same way as vegetable shortening. It's NOT hydrogenated and doesn't contain any trans fat. When sourced sustainably, palm oil is actually one of the best choices for the environment.
What sweeteners do you use?
All Bakening products do not contain refined or artificial sugars. We only use Organic Coconut Sugar (with a low glycemic index of 35), Honey (only for the strawberry frosting) or Organic Erythritol on request. All breakfast items do not contain sweeteners and get their naturally sweet taste from the fruits they contain, along with the fibre and other micronutrients. ;)
What is erythritol?
Erythritol is a sugar alcohol found naturally in plants, unlike artificial sweeteners. It has zero calories and zero glycemic index (does not cause blood sugar to rise), and is suitable for diabetics. However, it does have a slight bitter/metallic aftertaste, hence we do not recommend this option unless you have blood sugar issues. Pls see the pros and cons here.
Is there xanthan gum or other gums in your products?
Xanthan gum and other gums are binders commonly found in gluten-free products. However, we do not use any gums as they are known to cause irritation to the gut (e.g. diarrhoea, bloating, increase intestinal permeability) and are not suitable for people with leaky gut. Ironically, xanthan gum is also commonly contaminated with gluten.
