    Notes on Mooncakes

    Each handmade mooncake is at least 100g, and 6.6cm in diameter. May have slight variation in colour and shape.

    Each box (red box in the images this year) comes with 4 mooncakes will be in a single tray.

    Mixed Box = 2 Chocolate Snowskin and 2 Matcha Mooncake Snowskin

    Each order comes with a complimentary Bakening Gift Card and Bakening insulated Gift Bag. (please let us know if you don't need them)

    If you are unable to choose your preferred date through the system (it is more than 2 weeks away), please indicate the date under notes.

    If you wish for us to write a note in the Gift Card, please indicate under notes.

    Simple & Clean Ingredients
    Chocolate Snowskin = Hazelnuts, Dates, Organic Coconut Sugar, Cocoa Nibs, Cocoa Powder, Psyllium Husk, Organic Palm Shortening (no trans fat), pink Himalayan salt; Matcha Snowskin= Dates, Granulated Maple Sugar, Pumpkin Seeds, Strawberries, Organic Palm Shortening (no trans fat), Psyllium Husk Powder, Pure Matcha Powder
    Store frozen for 3 months. Do not thaw fully before eating (~5 mins).
    About 100g each mooncake. Each box comes with 4.
    Our production facility is entirely free from gluten, dairy, soy and peanuts. Pls be aware that we also process these on the same equipment: Eggs, Coconut, and tree nuts (Almond, Cashew, Hazelnut, Walnut).
