Our Vegan & Paleo mooncakes (4 per box) are also flourless, gluten-free, diabetic-friendly, with no refined sugar. Handmade with simple ingredients, no additives and preservatives.

Chocolate Praline Snowskin Mooncake w Salted Caramel

Hazelnut praline with cocoa nibs and a salted caramel centre, encased in a high-fibre chocolate skin.

Ingredients: Hazelnut, Date, Organic Coconut Sugar, Cocoa Powder, Psyllium Husk, Sustainable Organic Palm Shortening (no trans fat), Organic Cocoa Nib, Pink Himalayan Salt.

Emerald Matcha Snowskin Mooncake w Fresh Strawberry (Nut-free)

Pumpkin seed filling with strawberry compote centre, encased in a high-fibre pure matcha skin.

Ingredients: Pumpkin Seed, Date, Strawberry, Granulated Maple Syrup, Sustainable Organic Palm Shortening (no trans fat), Pure Matcha Powder, Psyllium Husk.

Pls Note: All our mooncakes are handmade with natural ingredients and may have slight variation in colour and shape. Each mooncake is at least 100g, and 6.6cm in diameter. All 4 mooncakes will be in a single tray.

Simple & Clean Ingredients

Keep frozen for up to 3 months. Before eating, put it at room temperature for about 15mins. Do not thaw fully before eating.

Our production facility is entirely free from grains, gluten, dairy, and legumes. Pls be aware that we also process these on the same equipment: Eggs, Coconut, and tree nuts (Almond, Cashew, Hazelnut, Walnut).
